Lead and develop a high-performing finance team in a dynamic, international biopharmaceutical company.

■About the company

■Role & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing a team of finance professionals, overseeing all aspects of group-wide financial operations, and ensuring compliance with international regulations. You will play a key role in shaping the company's financial strategy and driving its continued success. You will report to the CAO and work closely with other senior leaders across the organization.

■Main tasks include
・Lead the consolidation process and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
・Manage the preparation of IFRS financial statements and tax reporting.
・Develop and manage the annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes.
・Oversee treasury functions including cash flow management, FX management, and investment portfolio management.
・Ensure compliance with J-SOX regulations and other relevant financial controls.
・Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals.
・Lead ad-hoc projects, such as process improvements and system upgrades.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting at a listed company in Japan.
・Proven experience managing and leading financial teams.
・Expert knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
・Strong experience in financial consolidation and reporting.
・Experience with tax compliance and reporting in Japan.
・Experience with treasury management and cash flow forecasting.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English (English is the working language).
・JCCI bookkeeping level 1 qualification or equivalent.
・Strong leadership and team management skills.
・Experience with J-SOX compliance.
