[Role & Responsibilities]
You will be a key player in ensuring the smooth execution of digital projects across various business units. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and contribute to the successful delivery of high-impact initiatives. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your project management skills and make a significant contribution to a prestigious brand.

[Main tasks include]
- Support the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Act as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with legal and procurement teams on contracts.
- Track and maintain contract documentation and compliance.
- Partner with IT and Information Security teams for reviews.
- Identify and resolve project risks and issues.
- Document project activities and deliverables.
- Monitor project KPIs and performance metrics.
- Conduct post-project evaluations.

経験・スキル

- Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in project management.
- Proactive approach and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn and develop project management expertise.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with digital projects (production, marketing, CRM) is a plus.
- Experience in the fashion retail or e-commerce industry is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
