Your Role

As a Legal Specialist/Professional, you will play a key role in supporting our business by focusing on reviewing and creating contracts with clients, licensees, and business contractors. Your expertise will be crucial in minimizing risks and maximizing profits for the company through effective contract revisions and legal support.  

Key Responsibilities

Create, review, and revise various contracts, including sales, manufacturing, and license agreements.  

Provide risk analysis and legal advice related to contracts.  

Conduct internal advice and training on contracts.  

Handle other general legal work as needed.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a dedicated legal professional who aligns with our company's values and is committed to contributing to our success. The ideal candidate will have:  

Empathy with our company's business and culture.  

A mindset and proposal ability oriented towards the company's profits.  

More than 5 years of practical experience in corporate legal affairs.  

More than 3 years of practical experience in contract review and creation.  

Experience reviewing, creating, and reporting on English contracts (English ability: reading and writing required, oral communication preferred).  

Knowledge of law (commercial law, civil law, intellectual property law, etc.).  

Multitasking ability to handle multiple legal cases simultaneously.  

Precision and management ability to accurately handle tasks from contract creation to conclusion.  

High oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with internal and external parties.  

Desired Skills and Personality

Interest or practical experience in the apparel and sports industry.  

Qualifications such as lawyers and judicial scriveners.  

Strong sense of ownership over their work.  

Ability to pay attention to detail, prioritize, and complete assigned tasks.  

Ability to share and report information accurately and promptly.  

High level of compliance awareness and adherence to rules and regulations.  

Flexibility, a challenging mindset, and drive.  

Curiosity, a desire for problem-solving, and a commitment to increasing knowledge.
