・Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical specialists and project managers.
・Continuously update your knowledge of products and industry best practices.
・Apply your functional and product expertise to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Proven experience as an ERP implementation consultant, preferably with solutions.
・Experience working with clients in the automotive or manufacturing industries is highly desirable.
・Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including sales, purchasing, and accounting.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
・Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
・Proficiency in Japanese and English (Business level).
・Experience with project management methodologies.
・Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
・A strong understanding of cloud-based technologies.
・Bachelor's degree in a related field.
