About the Role:
Our client is currently looking for a Strategic & Analytical Investor Relations (Specialist or Manager) to join a large Japanese multinational high-tech PE-backed manufacturing company.


Key Responsibilities:
• Build and develop strong relations with the main US Private Equity Shareholder.
• Work with the current IR Specialist & CFO to communicate investment strategy, updates, and opportunities to potentially new or existing clients.
• Oversee all IR matters for both Domestic & International Projects.
• Communicate the company’s story and value proposition by crafting a market narrative.
• Drive engagement by organizing Investor Meetings and networking opportunities.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the investment landscape.
• Maintain regulatory disclosure and compliance requirements, including quarterly and annual reports.


Qualifications:
• Exceptional track record in Investor Relations, Capital Markets, or Wealth Management.
• Experience working with multinational PE-backed companies.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in Japanese & English.
• Fluent in Japanese, with the ability to navigate cross-cultural interactions seamlessly.
• Fluency in English is an advantage.
• Experience working in High-Technology Manufacturing Companies is an advantage.
