■Role & Responsibilities
As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of product supply, from sourcing to customer fulfillment. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring on-time delivery, optimizing inventory levels, and managing costs effectively. You will leverage your expertise to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

■Main tasks include
・Lead and execute day-to-day supply chain operations, ensuring on-time delivery.
・Drive supply stability through strong stakeholder relationships and improved customer service KPIs.
・Conduct strategic inventory planning, collaborating with global and local teams.
・Optimize cash flow and costs through operational efficiency improvements.
・Implement and manage continuous improvement methodologies within the supply chain.
・Lead new product launch projects from a supply chain perspective.
・Ensure SOX compliance and manage inventory control audit matters.
・Maintain accurate SCM data within the ERP system.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・8+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on inventory management and data analysis.
・Experience in the medical device industry is highly preferred.
・Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
・Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
・Strong communication and collaboration skills in both Japanese and English.
・Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
・Experience with ERP and WMS systems is essential.
・Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement.
・Strong leadership and continuous improvement skills.
・A proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
