In this position, you will build trust with business partners, including the Seishin management team, and take on the role of FP&A for the plant by utilizing your finance and accounting knowledge.
•Additionally, as a growth opportunity, you will be challenged with the plant's procurement operations together with one staff member. (Procurement experience is not required)
•Main responsibilities include:
•Collaborating with business partners to lead the process of mid-to-long-term strategy planning and business plan (short-term)
•Supporting the Seishin management team's decision-making through OPEX/CAPEX budget management, monthly analysis, and reporting of key financial indicators for the Seishin Plant
•Leading ad-hoc business case analyses for new projects and capital investments, and managing the project
•Developing and executing procurement strategies, negotiating with external contract manufacturers and suppliers, and managing costs

経験・スキル

Required Skills:
•Native-level Japanese and business-level English presentation/communication skills
•Analytical and problem-solving skills
•Ability to build credibility and influence business partners to achieve goals
•Knowledge of finance and accounting(approximately 3 years of work experience is a guideline)

Preferred Knowledge, Experience, and Certification:
•Experience in corporate planning, finance, or accounting in multinational companies, or experience in consulting/audit firms
•Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel(e.g., experience in financial modeling)
•Project management experience
•Knowledge and experience with SAP and/or any ERP
•Degrees or qualifications such as MBA, CPA
