[Role & Responsibilities]
You will be a key player in the Digital Center of Excellence, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital projects. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless communication and alignment among stakeholders. You'll gain valuable experience in project management and develop your expertise within a dynamic and supportive team.

Main tasks include:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with legal and procurement teams on contracts.
- Track contract documentation, renewals, and compliance.
- Partner with Information Security and IT teams for InfoSec reviews.
- Identify and resolve project risks and issues.
- Document project activities and deliverables.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor project KPIs and performance metrics.

経験・スキル

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English (business level).
- Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience with digital projects (production, marketing, CRM advantageous).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the fashion retail or eCommerce industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
