■Role & Responsibilities
You will be a key driver of process standardization and improvement within the Business Operations department. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Japan, APAC, EU, and the Americas, leading transformation initiatives from ideation to completion. You will be responsible for developing and tailoring processes for Japan-based projects, ensuring compliance with global standards, and coaching project teams on best practices.

■Main tasks include
・Lead transformation initiatives across multiple regions.
・Drive the definition and implementation of standardized processes.
・Develop and tailor processes for Japan-based projects.
・Foster global process alignment and identify improvement opportunities.
・Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments.
・Coach project teams on process implementation and compliance.
・Ensure compliance with defined standards (e.g., BMS, A-SPICE, IATF, VDA).

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
・Minimum 8 years of experience in program management or a related field.
・Proven experience leading transformation initiatives.
・Expert knowledge of engineering processes and process management.
・Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
・Experience working in a global environment.
・Strong project management skills.
・Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (as needed).
・Fluency in English and Japanese.
・Experience with process modelling tools is a plus.
