[Role & Responsibilities]
As a Mobile Application Support Engineer, you will be the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our client's mobile applications. You will investigate and diagnose problems, providing detailed reports to the central development team in Paris (English communication). You will also play a key role in ensuring high-quality releases through rigorous QA testing, reporting bugs clearly and concisely.

Main tasks include
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in mobile applications.
- Investigate and diagnose problems, providing detailed reports to the central team.
- Conduct QA testing of mobile applications, including testing after backend updates.
- Create and submit comprehensive bug reports.

経験・スキル

- Experience with iOS development or web application development.
- Understanding of backend application servers (e.g., Apache Tomcat, IIS).
- Knowledge of authentication protocols (e.g., ADFS, token-based authentication).
- Familiarity with Windows Server environments.
- Excellent written and spoken Japanese.
- Business-level English communication skills.
- Experience with database technologies.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
