The mission of the Enterprise Solutions Architect is to lead company-wide business transformation from an IT professional perspective.

[Job Mission]
Focusing on core systems that inventory, HR, finances, and especially the supply chain domain, you will work alongside business divisions and strategically support their DX (Digital Transformation) and BPR (Business Process Re-engineering) from a technology perspective. Furthermore, you will also be involved in the maintenance of the company-wide technology stack that links to it, and will be responsible for the integration of the company's overall core systems.

[Job Details]
• Jointly lead with business division heads the identification of business/system issues accompanying overall business expansion and the investigation, proposal, execution, and implementation of solutions to resolve them.

•Plan the development of new or existing systems. Select solutions and support BPR. Take on stakeholder coordination and project management, and particularly as a technologist, define and address new requirements from a security/audit perspective.

•Product management of implemented or newly introduced systems and applications. Propose and continue appropriate improvements from a technology perspective for life cycle management in response to changes in external and internal environments.

Promoting SCM System Reform: Lead the design and improvement of systems covering the entire supply chain from the procurement of raw materials to product delivery to stores. Identify current system issues and propose and execute optimal solutions. Design and optimize system architecture.

• Collaborate with the Merchandising Department and SCM Departments to design the supply chain system architecture from a company-wide perspective. While promoting the introduction and optimization of modern architecture (microservices, API integration, cloud-based solutions, etc.), plan and lead the remodeling and sunsetting of existing store ordering systems, etc. Vendor management and collaboration.

• Lead system development, implementation, and maintenance projects in cooperation with existing and new vendors. Also, discover vendors that will be new strategic partners, build trusting relationships with the optimal vendors for the company, and enable collaboration. Actively incorporate new technology trends into the operation and maintenance of already implemented systems and constantly strive to improve vendor services.

•Promoting Enterprise Integration. Based on the premise of supporting the supply chain domain with multiple optimal service groups, formulate and execute an enterprise integration strategy.

[Future Career Path]
Short-term: Product/Project Manager for enterprise applications, especially related to supply chain.

Mid-term: Enterprise Architect. Formulate company-wide system strategy and create execution plans and structures from a company-wide perspective.

Long-term: Management of execution organizations from a management perspective. Alternatively, sustainably execute business/system improvements as an expert in the assigned domain.

[Required Experience]
Participating in a wide range of corporate IT strategy projects and being involved in leading and managing the execution phase.

[Required Knowledge and Skills]
Stakeholder coordination skills. Possess the skill to gain business agreement with relevant internal and external stakeholders while having a strong focus on IT.
Problem-solving skills and consulting skills. Be able to view multiple organizational issues from a broad perspective and extract true business issues.
