経験・スキル

Requirements:

-Experience in managing and implementing the full lifecycle of IT systems (from planning and requirements definition to development, implementation, operation, and improvement), covering both applications and infrastructure

-Knowledge of budget, cost management, and procurement processes within an IT department, with experience in designing and implementing related operations

-Strong understanding of the business model and operations flow in the manufacturing and retail industries, with the ability to communicate strategically with management and business departments

-Business-level proficiency in Japanese

-Ability to take ownership and drive initiatives independently, rather than relying solely on vendors and consultants

-Capable of executing tasks autonomously

Preferred:

-Experience with both traditional waterfall and agile methodologies, including product management approaches, and the ability to design development teams and train staff based on these methodologies

-3+ years of experience in organizational management (excluding temporary project management roles)

-Experience managing teams of 3 to 10 people (people management)
