・Partner with our stakeholders to drive impactful outcomes by leading and co-creating technology-enabled business strategies that align with our local and regional goals & objectives.
・Identify business opportunities to architect, design, prototype and collaborate with business and product leads/owners to deliver continually improved products.
・Serve as the primary point of contact for issue escalation.
・Continually seeks reuse and promote solutions that address common business opportunities to fulfill business needs.
・Ensure end-to-end IT effectiveness by collaborating with Informatics chapters and domains.

Requirements

・Experience working in an international environment
・Strong business knowledge in the Japan technology Ecosystem
・Monitors technology trends and market challenges to identify opportunities and co-create strategic solutions
・Approaches collaborations with a customer centric, entrepreneurial and agile mindset to navigate through ambiguity, manage complexity and support the Business to make trade-off decisions
・Exhibits the behaviors of a Lean-Agile Leader with a Lean-Agile Mindset and servant leadership behavior
・Fluent in English and Japanese are a must
