Role & Responsibilities
You will be at the forefront of analyzing Japan's evolving healthcare policy environment, communicating critical updates to internal stakeholders, and collaborating with marketing and policy teams to develop effective strategies. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, influencing policy decisions and enhancing the company's reputation.

Main tasks include
- Analyze policy changes and report findings to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and other teams to address policy challenges and propose strategic solutions.
- Execute strategies to shape regulations and policies.
- Develop compelling communication materials in both Japanese and English.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with government officials, industry associations, and other key stakeholders.
- Represent the company effectively in policy discussions and collaborations.
- Enhance the company's presence and reputation within the policy arena.
- Collaborate effectively with regional and global teams.

経験・スキル

Requirements
- Proven experience in healthcare policy, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry, government, or consulting.
- Experience drafting policy documents in both Japanese and English.
- Global experience in the pharmaceutical industry. (must have)
- Understanding of pharmaceutical operations, regulations, and the Japanese healthcare system.
- Fluency in Japanese and English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong leadership qualities and integrity.
