JOB SUMMARY
Business Applications Director in world renowned foreign company

We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead our Supply Chain and Core Systems department, maximizing the technical output of the organization. This role involves providing integrated and efficient technology solutions, with a particular emphasis on optimizing and digitizing supply chain processes to contribute to significant business expansion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Lead the planning, operation, and maintenance of core systems, ensuring alignment with all internal stakeholders. Drive the secure decommissioning of legacy systems and the transition to new platforms.

•Develop and execute core systems strategies, translating them into actionable plans.

•Drive the modernization and reform of legacy systems and operations.

•Optimize company-wide systems by designing architectures from a holistic perspective, ensuring an optimal technology stack for the enterprise.

• Engage in technical discussions with engineering teams at headquarters, leading the alignment of global and local strategies.

•Manage vendor relationships to ensure high service levels in terms of both cost and quality.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
•Experience in strategic planning, remodeling, implementation, and operational support of IT systems related to supply chain management (SCM) in the distribution and retail industry.

•Leadership experience in areas related to supply chain and core systems.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
•Extensive experience in the comprehensive management of supply chain systems and core systems in the distribution and retail industry, with a proven track record of contributing to the overall vision of the organization.

•Ability to understand complex business and technical issues and review technical specifications and architectures.

•Experience in the implementation, operation, and optimization of ERP systems and other core systems. Knowledge of effective collaboration with vendors and the operation of secure systems.

•Experience in balancing the planned sunsetting of existing services with the launch of new systems through collaboration with cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, designers, and business stakeholders.

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE EXPEREINCE & SKILLS
•Successful experience in implementing ERP systems and large-scale projects.
Qualifications and practical experience related to supply chain data integration and analysis.

WORKING HOURS
•Flextime system (Standard working hours: 7 hours 30 minutes)
•10 days off per month (9 days in February, 119 days per year)
