Expected duties after joining the company
You will be tasked with the following duties. (We will consider an appropriate position depending on your experience.)
■ Financial duties (70%): As a manager, you will lead the entire activity and team members.
・Formulate basic financial policies
・Plan and execute the group's financial strategy
・Consider and execute capital policies
・Optimize exchange risk control
・Manage the flow of funds (deposits and withdrawals) for each group company
■ Cashflow and fund management ordinary duties (30%): As a person in charge, you will lead the team members.
・General processing of daily deposit and withdrawal transactions
・Management and operation of financial operations such as cashflow
・General ordinary duties related to exchange management

▼Other duties handled within the department
　・Overseas subsidiary management (accounting guidance, financial settlement support, internal control development, etc.)
　・Consolidated financial statements (internal transaction management, consolidated tax effect accounting, consolidated cash flow management, etc.)
　・Taxation (international taxation, transfer pricing, corporate tax returns, etc.)

[Organizational structure]
・We have a team of about 20 people (including one in the finance team), and we also use external BPO services for some of the work at the head office (in the finance area, we use BPO for deposits, payments, expense processing, etc.)
・We are made up of a wide range of talent, including people with experience in finance/accounting at general companies, people from auditing firms, people who have made a career change from our consultants, and new graduates.

・Job rotation is actively implemented. The above is the expected initial work when you join the company, but after that, you can flexibly assign roles such as subsidiary management, consolidated accounting, and taxation, depending on your own inclinations and the situation of each team.
・In addition to the work of each team, you will always be assigned by each team to be involved in project work such as improving business efficiency and introducing systems across the entire department, and you will be involved in promoting digital transformation in the department.
・In the future, this is a position where you can aim to become the head of the finance and accounting unit or CFO.
