Are you a results-oriented finance leader with 8-10 years' experience, fluent in Japanese and English, and passionate about strategic financial planning? A global cosmetic firm seeks a dynamic Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to be a key partner in driving business success.

About the role :

- Contribute to strategic analysis and implementation.
- Support financial goal setting through insightful analysis.
- Lead P&L planning and budgeting processes.
- Contribute to cash flow management.
- Deliver actionable financial insights and reports.
- Support innovation and initiative analysis.
- Liaise with brands, finance, and global teams.
- Ensure financial integrity and compliance (Japan/US - GAAP, SOX).
- Drive process improvement in financial reporting.
Partner in annual budgeting and mid-term planning.

Requirements :

- 8-10 years in accounting/finance (CPA/CMA/MBA a plus).
- Fluency in Japanese and English.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage critical deliverables.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP/ERP preferred).
- Knowledge of strategy, management accounting, and corporate finance.
