Develop and operate Salesforce solutions
-Build and maintain internal systems using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
Lead and support projects
-Act as Project Manager, Tech Lead, or Developer depending on the initiative—driving projects from planning to delivery.
Customize and extend Salesforce platform
-Design custom apps, automate processes, and enhance existing functions using Apex, Flows, Lightning components, etc.
Standardize and optimize business processes
-Use Salesforce to improve workflows for sales, customer support, and marketing, ensuring better efficiency and scalability.
Respond to internal user needs
-Handle user support, manage configurations, maintain data integrity, and apply appropriate security measures.
Integrate with other systems
-Collaborate with engineering teams to connect Salesforce with external/internal systems and improve overall data flow.
