■Role & Responsibilities

■Main tasks include
・Lead risk assessments and develop comprehensive security strategies for client organizations.
・Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
・Manage the performance of networks and protect organizational infrastructure from cyber-attacks.
・Conduct security awareness workshops and training sessions.
・Analyze cybersecurity data to identify trends and develop innovative solutions.
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of security measures.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・3+ years of experience in security consulting, working with multiple clients.
・3+ years of experience in developing and managing security governance, risk, and compliance.
・3+ years of experience managing security projects and initiatives.
・Basic skills in IT infrastructure (network, compute, cloud computing).
・Basic knowledge of information security and cybersecurity.
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
・Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
・Fluent Japanese and Business level English.
