■Role & Responsibilities
You will be at the forefront of designing and implementing cutting-edge identity and access management (IAM) solutions within a Zero Trust architecture. You'll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, leading projects from initial proposal to successful deployment and ongoing operation. You'll leverage your expertise to solve complex ID management challenges, ensuring the highest levels of security and efficiency.

■Main tasks include
・Lead the design and implementation of IAM solutions for large enterprise clients.
・Develop and maintain IDaaS (Entra ID, Okta, etc.) and AD/LDAP infrastructure.
・Manage project timelines, risks, and issues, ensuring successful project delivery.
・Collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and vendors.
・Contribute to the overall security architecture and strategy.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Minimum 5 years of experience in identity management and integration.
・Experience leading or administrating AD and LDAP design and implementation.
・Experience leading or administrating IDaaS (Entra ID, Okta, or similar) design and implementation.
・Proven experience in system security design and implementation.
・Experience in project management, including schedule creation, WBS, risk, and issue management.
・Business-level Japanese (N1) and English language proficiency.
・Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
・Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
・Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is a plus.
・Relevant security certifications are a plus.
