■Role & Responsibilities
You will be the driving force behind the visual merchandising strategy, overseeing all aspects of in-store displays and installations. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing and retail teams to ensure brand consistency and maximize impact, bringing your creative vision and passion for fragrance to life. You'll directly influence the customer experience, shaping the narrative of this iconic brand.

■Main tasks include
・Implement and adapt visual merchandising guidelines across various store formats.
・Install captivating window and in-store displays for new product launches.
・Develop and deliver training programs for visual merchandising ambassadors in boutiques.
・Collaborate with internal and external teams to execute promotional events.
・Analyze display performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, luxury experience preferred.
・Proven ability to create engaging and impactful visual displays.
・Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
・Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
・Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
・Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
・Business-level English proficiency.
・Experience with training and development is a plus.
・Experience in project management of new store design is a plus.
・Japanese language proficiency (written and verbal).
