■Role & Responsibilities
You will be a key member of the finance team, focus on helping the CFO and other business leaders on Finance Business Partnering and Driving process improvement / Finance transformation. You will play a vital role in shaping the future of the finance function, leading process improvement projects and ensuring financial health. Expect a challenging yet rewarding experience where your contributions directly impact the company's success.

■Main tasks include
・Lead financial business partnering initiatives, providing insightful analysis and strategic guidance to business units.
・Drive process improvement and digital transformation projects within the finance function.
・Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective financial management.
・Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior management.

経験・スキル

■Required Qualifications
・Min of 5 years in Accounting or FP&A
・Familiarity with financial data analysis tools and software
・Experience in leading cross functional projects / change management

■Preferred / Desired
・Over 8 years in Accounting or FP&A
・PMP or similar certification
・Six Sigma Certification (black belt)
