Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions and system interfaces across multiple business applications
- Collect, cleanse, transform, and integrate data into cloud-based data lake environments to support reporting and analytics
- Act as a technical lead for automation and application enhancements by understanding system integrations, data flows, and interdependencies
- Analyze existing automation and application processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements or system replacements based on business needs
- Collaborate with software vendors and internal users to improve operational efficiency and automation performance
- Investigate application and automation issues, identify root causes, and coordinate timely resolution with senior engineers or service providers
- Manage configuration changes, release schedules, and automation updates in line with DevOps practices
- Create and maintain technical documentation and evaluate the effectiveness of automation processes
- Provide day-to-day support to business users and internal teams
- Develop user documentation and deliver training as needed

経験・スキル

Requirements
- Hands-on experience with RPA tools, with Automation Anywhere experience considered a plus
- Experience writing, maintaining, and troubleshooting PowerShell scripts
- Knowledge of workflow scheduling tools such as Windows Task Scheduler or equivalent systems
- Experience with data cleansing, transformation, and ETL processes
- At least three years of experience developing automation solutions and applications
- Experience leading technical initiatives, including coordination with vendors and communication with business stakeholders
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical automation or integration solutions
- Experience supporting production systems and resolving application or automation issues
- Strong documentation skills for technical processes and user-facing materials
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- Business-level Japanese proficiency required to work with local users and vendors
