[Role & Responsibilities]
You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and translating them into actionable solutions. You will work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive business process improvements and ensure the successful implementation of projects. This involves collaborating across various departments, facilitating communication, and managing stakeholder expectations to achieve project goals.

[Main tasks include]
- Elicit and analyze business requirements through various methods.
- Translate business requirements into clear, concise specifications.
- Create and maintain documentation illustrating business needs and solutions.
- Prioritize requirements based on business value and feasibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
- Participate in testing and validation of solutions.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights.

経験・スキル

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven experience in requirements elicitation and analysis.
- Experience in creating documentation such as use cases, user stories, and process flows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
