[Role & Responsibilities]
You will be a key member of their mobile application team, responsible for ensuring the quality and stability of their applications. You will investigate and resolve bugs, provide user support, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes. You will collaborate closely with developers to ensure the smooth release and ongoing operation of our applications.

[Main tasks include]
- Investigate and resolve bugs reported by users.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure application quality.
- Provide technical support to users.
- Collaborate with developers to improve application quality.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

- Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese.
- Proven experience in mobile application development and testing.
- Expert knowledge of programming languages relevant to mobile app development (e.g., Java, Kotlin, Swift).
- Experience with mobile application testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience in production support and bug investigation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Experience with various mobile operating systems (iOS and Android).
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience with JIRA or similar bug tracking software.
