[Role & Responsibilities]
You will be a key player in managing the data refinery, natural refinery, and network repository of the B2C BSS system. You will define and clarify business requirements, collaborate with vendors on system development and operations, and ensure the system's stability. You will also be highly involved in addressing issues and incidents, and leading upfront problem-solving.

[Main tasks include]
- Define and clarify business requirements and system requirements.
- Collaborate with vendor teams for system development and operation.
- Manage backlogs and drive operational improvements.
- Ensure the stability and performance of the B2C BSS system.
- Lead the resolution of issues and incidents related to CDR flows and validation.
- Create test cases and support testing based on production issues.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

- 5-10 years of experience in mediation operations.
- Expert knowledge of mediation logics and CDR flows.
- Hands-on experience with mediation systems (Nokia Mediation experience a plus).
- Experience with batch and online processing.
- Experience configuring and adding new streams/workflows in mediation.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mediation environments.
- Understanding of cloud concepts (VM/PODS/Containers) and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in Linux, SQL queries, and shell scripting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage own tasks effectively.
