[Role & Responsibilities]
You will be responsible for overseeing the seamless setup of new and renovated retail stores across Japan. This involves managing the entire process, from initial planning to final implementation, ensuring efficient operations and minimizing disruptions. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to optimize processes, enhance service delivery, and resolve any operational issues that may arise. You'll also build strong relationships with key business users and vendors to ensure smooth collaboration and efficient resource management.

[Main tasks include]
- Manage and improve the new store opening/renewal process in Japan.
- Document processes, identify potential risks, and develop contingency plans.
- Enhance existing processes and create new ones based on business needs, considering cost and resource optimization.
- Monitor processes, review performance, and report on key operational support indicators.
- Track and resolve irregular cases in collaboration with third-party vendors and IT teams.
- Communicate effectively with business users and vendors to ensure alignment and avoid operational disruptions.
- Manage vendor resources, including scheduling and leveraging outsourcing partners.
- Manage retail system inventory and device lifecycle management.

経験・スキル

- 5 years of experience in retail systems operation.
- Proven experience in managing new store projects, including timelines, budgets, and personnel.
- Experience in collaborating with business users and IT teams to design and implement systems and processes.
- Experience in vendor management and service delivery management.
- Fluent in Japanese and Chinese (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in an international company is preferred.
- Experience leading a retail support team is a plus.
- ITIL knowledge and understanding of retail systems business processes are highly desirable.
