[Role & Responsibilities]
You will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of IT infrastructure projects. You will work closely with stakeholders, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. You will also be involved in developing long-term strategic goals for the IT infrastructure department and improving existing processes. You'll be a key contributor to shaping the future of our client's technology landscape.

[Main tasks include]
- Develop comprehensive project proposals and charters.
- Create detailed project plans, schedules, and monitor progress.
- Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with project teams and vendors.
- Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
- Conduct project closeout procedures and create lessons learned reports.
- Monitor and follow the product strategy and roadmap.
- Improve processes and enhance customer experience using data-driven insights.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

- 5+ years of proven experience in project management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with Atlassian Confluence and Jira.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously.
- Experience in IT infrastructure technologies (highly desirable).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (highly desirable).
- Business-level English language skills.
- Experience leading engineering teams and providing product management support (desirable).
- Ability to handle new technologies and challenges with a proactive approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
