[Role & Responsibilities]
You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Windows-based server infrastructure, focusing on a critical authentication system used by retail staff. You'll leverage your expertise in Active Directory to ensure system stability and performance, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to meet evolving business needs. This is a key role in supporting the continued growth of the company's mobile business.

[Main tasks include]
- Lead the design and implementation of improvements to the authentication system.
- Perform continuous performance tuning and capacity planning.
- Develop automation solutions to improve efficiency.
- Resolve system failures and ensure system stability.
- Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

- 5+ years of experience in Windows server design, implementation, and administration.
- 3+ years of experience with Active Directory design, implementation, and administration.
- 3+ years of experience in project management or team leadership.
- Experience with web system development or administration.
- Experience creating and maintaining scripts using Bash, Python, or BAT.
- Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2 level or equivalent).
- Proficient in English (TOEIC 800 score or equivalent).
- Experience with Linux servers is a plus.
- Experience with container and application platform administration is a plus.
- A strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
