[Linux Server Engineer at Mobile Tech Innovator]

[Role & Responsibilities]
You will be a key member of the team responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the authentication systems used by retail staff and partner companies. You will be involved in all aspects of the system lifecycle, from initial design and implementation to ongoing maintenance and support. You will work closely with stakeholders across various teams to ensure the stability and security of the systems. You will also contribute to the evaluation and implementation of new technologies to enhance system performance and efficiency.

[Main tasks include]
- Lead continuous performance tuning and capacity planning for critical systems.
- Develop and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency.
- Resolve system issues and provide timely support.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance system capabilities.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

- 5+ years of experience in Linux server design, implementation, and operation.
- 3+ years of experience in project management or team leadership.
- Experience with web system development or operation.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash and Python.
- Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2 level or equivalent).
- English language proficiency (TOEIC 800 points or equivalent).
- Experience with authentication systems (SSO preferred).
- Experience with Windows Server environments is a plus.
- Experience with container and application platforms is a plus.
- A strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
