■Role & Responsibilities
As a Principal Product Manager, you will lead the payment acceptance and experience strategy, shaping how millions of Japanese customers pay. You'll be at the forefront of identifying and launching new payment solutions, driving growth and innovation at the intersection of customer experience, technology, and business strategy.

■Main tasks include
・Create and own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for payment products.
・Drive data-driven decision-making through analysis of customer behavior and market trends.
・Drive alignment across multiple stakeholders, including Tech, Marketing, UX, and Finance.
・Identify and evaluate new payment opportunities, from conception through launch.
・Partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable and reliable payment solutions.
・Present to senior leadership and influence product strategy.
・Mentor a team of product and program managers while fostering a culture of innovation.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, or technology experience.
・Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
・Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
・Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
・Experience as a product manager or owner.
・Demonstrated ability to blend product and program management skills.
・Proven track record of executing strategic initiatives.
・Business-level English communication skills.
