■Role & Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the front-end development of various websites, including those showcasing the Mobility Tech Company, e-commerce sites for reservations and purchases, and customer touchpoint sites. You will collaborate with planning, design, and back-end teams, using a Scrum-based development style to create web services that maximize the customer experience.

■Main tasks include
・Develop the front-end for websites that embody the company brand.
・Build and improve e-commerce sites for reservations, purchases, and delivery.
・Develop touchpoint sites that foster continuous customer relationships.
・Collaborate with planning, design, and back-end teams.
・Promote agile development processes based on Scrum.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Required skills
・ 3+ years of web app development at a business entity.
・BtoC service or product development.

■Preferred skills
・Expertise in security, networking, databases, data science, and machine learning
・Experience in developing e-commerce and business tools
・Experience in software development using agile processes

■Language
・Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N1 or above)
・Ability to read software technical documentation in English

■Ideal candidate profile
・Ability to proactively pursue outcomes even in environments with high uncertainty
・High interest in the latest technologies and actively incorporating them
・Valuing communication and enjoying achieving things as a team
・Strong interest and commitment to the customer value provided by the product
