Summary
Randstad is partnered with one of the world's largest Financial Services firms, in their search for a Bilingual Project Manager. Through this role you will get the chance to work on local and global projects as part of a global APAC team.

Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project responsibilities, including effort estimation, budget
management, application design, and security.
- Collaborate with Line of Business to define and prioritize project requirements.
- Work with Solution Architects to ensure alignment with bank technology strategy
and standards.
- Translate solutions into system implementations with architects, vendors, and
developers.
- Establish and monitor vendor progress with Statements of Work (SOW).
- Communicate project status and address technical queries promptly.
- Ensure development activities comply with local regulatory requirements.
- Engage with regulatory and clearing house entities as needed.
- Facilitate project meetings, clarify responsibilities for support teams, and share
knowledge.
- Provide updates to senior management and escalate issues or risks.
- Collaborate with other project managers to address issues and support cross-
project efforts.

経験・スキル

Qualifications
- Native or Fluent Level Japanese
- Business Level English
- Proven experience in technical leadership and project management.
- Strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams, including Solution Architects and vendors.
- Excellent communication skills for effective reporting and issue resolution.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
- Able to read technical documentation, identify system issues and code issues.
- Understanding or prior hands-on experience with Unix/Linux, Shell scripting, SQL databases, Java based applications.
