◆必須要件
・大規模ファーム、ブティックファーム、または事業会社内での経営企画/経営改革/システム導入等、プロフェッショナルサービスにおけるコンサルティング類似経験
（マネジャー：6年以上、シニアマネジャー：10年以上）
・財務分析、財務モデリング、事業計画

◆尚可要件
・プロジェクトライフサイクルを通じた経験
・大規模トランスフォーメーションプロジェクト経験
・ストーリーボード作成スキル
・システム導入 (アジャイル、ハイブリッドアジャイル、ウォーターフォール)への理解
・テクノロジーをプロセス改善に落とし込める
・自律的に業務を遂行し、複数のタスクの管理ができる
・クリティカルシンキング、分析力、問題解決能力を持ち、成熟した判断力
・プレゼンテーションスキル、口頭/テキストによるコミュニケーションスキル
・MSオフィス(Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook、Teams)


◆Required:
・Six plus years for M and Ten plus for SM of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large or boutique consulting firm, or serving as an internal consultant within industry
・Financial analysis and business case development experience
・Financial modeling and/or business case development

◆Preferred:
・Practical experience with the full lifecycle of functional optimization,
・Demonstrated project experience within large transformation programs
・Strong storyboarding skills
・Understanding of system deployment methodologies (Agile, Hybrid Agile, Waterfall)
・Ability to translate technology functionality into process improvements.
・Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and assignments.
・Outstanding critical thinking, analytics, and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
・Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills; professional competence in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
