Accounting Specialist (Financial Reporting) / 会計スペシャリスト（財務報告）

About the Job:
We're looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our team and help with financial reports and closing the books. You'll be important in making sure our financial information is accurate and on time. If you have experience with accounting and enjoy working with numbers, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
• Prepare financial reports (like balance sheets and income statements).
• Help close the books at the end of each month and year.
• Check financial data for accuracy.
• Work with our global teams and auditors.
• Look for ways to improve our accounting processes.
What We're Looking For:
• Experience in accounting, especially with financial reports.
• Good understanding of accounting principles (like IFRS).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate well with others.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Business level English ability.
• Business level Japanese ability.
