■Role & Responsibilities
As a Fund Manager, you will be responsible for the overall service delivery of Fund/SPC administration for a portfolio of real estate, infrastructure, and private equity investment entities. You will lead your team to meet client expectations, optimize work processes, and maintain strong client relationships. You will act as the primary point of contact for Japanese clients, overseeing all aspects of their accounts. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating complex regulatory landscapes and collaborating seamlessly with colleagues in Japan and India. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be instrumental in the success of the firm and will directly impact investment portfolios.

■Main tasks include
・Lead the day-to-day service delivery of fund administration, including financial statement preparation and year-end audits.
・Manage local tax compliance filings and payments.
・Oversee regulatory compliance, including deadlines for tax filings and FSA submissions.
・Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and external service providers (auditors, tax advisors, property managers).
・Guide and mentor team members, ensuring high-quality work and providing coaching as needed.
・Support business growth by participating in new business proposals and taking a leading role in onboarding new clients.
・Improve processes and implement technology enhancements to maximize efficiency and add value for clients.
・Lead initiatives for process improvement and documentation.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・7+ years of experience in asset management, fund administration, or public accounting.
・Extensive experience in SPC accounting and a thorough understanding of J-GAAP.
・Experience with GAAP conversions (J-GAAP, US GAAP, IFRS) is highly advantageous.
・A professional accounting qualification (CPA, etc.) is preferred.
・Proven ability to manage a team effectively and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
・Exceptional time management, organizational, and analytical skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
・Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese.
・Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new challenges.
・Proficiency in relevant accounting software.
・A strong client-service focus and results-oriented mindset.
