We are seeking an experience IT Infrastructure Specialist to manage and optimize the company’s IT infrastructure across stores, offices, and data centers.

This role involves collaborating with the global IT team and local vendors, to implement infrastructure solutions locally, supporting retail operations, and providing internal technical support.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT infrastructure, network management, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and technology adoption.

経験・スキル

【Essential Requirements / 必須要件】

■ IT Infrastructure & Network Expertise
・3+ years of IT infrastructure and network management experience.
・Proficiency with network devices (Firewalls, VPN, Routers, Wi-Fi).
・Ability to provide technical troubleshooting and support.

■ Communication & Collaboration Skills
・Strong collaboration skills to liaise between global and local teams, as well as local vendors.

■ Language Proficiency
・Fluent Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent) and Business-level English required.
