Your Mission:

Infrastructure Leadership: Oversee IT infrastructure operations and projects, including cloud services (MS Azure), network, and local infrastructure.
Cloud Optimization: Drive optimization of Azure cloud services and ensure infrastructure SLAs for local applications.
Incident Resolution: Lead troubleshooting efforts, working with stakeholders to resolve complex issues and minimize business impact.
Project Management Excellence: Establish project plans, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Service Ownership: Manage service development, innovation, and act as the primary point of contact for infrastructure escalations.
Risk Management: Identify operational risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Continuous Improvement: Manage RUN & CHANGE with sustainable and value-added solutions, driving continual improvement.
Business Alignment: Manage business cases and ensure ROI, aligning IT solutions with global strategies.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

[MUST HAVE Requirements]

10+ years of IT experience in international organizations.
Strong IT project management background.
Experience with multinational IT projects and global collaboration.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure platforms and workplace environments.
Experience with cloud services (MS Azure).
Experience with business application implementation and support.
Strong experience in data generation, integration, modeling, visualization, and analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
Self-motivated, self-starter.

[Welcomed Requirements]

PMP Certification.
Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture.
Experience with Design Thinking.
Appreciation for User Experience (UX).
