We are seeking an experience IT Business Application Specialist to support the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of core global and domestic IT systems (i.e. SAP ERP, POS systems, and system integrations).

This role is central to the company’s digital transformation efforts, collaborating with global IT teams and local departments to streamline business processes, enhance system efficiency, and provide technical support.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset to drive continuous improvement.

経験・スキル

【Essential Requirements / 必須要件】

■ IT Expertise & Project Management
・5+ years of IT experience, including proven track record in IT project implementation or business process optimization.

■ Technical & Analytical Skill Set
・Strong understanding of system and application structures.
・Skills in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), Data Analysis, SQL / VBA is a plus.

■ Language Proficiency
・Fluent Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent) and Business-level English required.
・Ability to engage with global IT teams and domestic stakeholders.
