■Main tasks include
・Develop and execute social media strategies across all relevant platforms.

・Manage the brand's social media presence and community engagement.
・Collaborate with influencers/KOLs to increase brand reach and visibility.
・Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
・Provide regular reporting and analysis on social media performance.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・3+ years of experience in social media marketing or community management.
・Proven track record of success in developing and executing social media strategies.
・Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
・Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills in Japanese and English.
・Experience working with a variety of social media platforms.
・Experience in Influencer/KOL marketing.
・Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
