We are seeking a proactive Finance Business Partner to join our client. This role involves collaborating with business colleagues to provide financial insights, drive strategic planning, and support business decision-making.

Business Partnering: Communicate proactively with business colleagues, providing financial insights to achieve company goals. Support business case development, profitability analysis, improvement proposals, sales scheme development, and creation of analytical tools.

Business Planning: Work closely with business colleagues to ensure timely and transparent sales and profit forecasts. Optimize budget control processes in collaboration with other Finance teams and departments. Report and propose to management for effective decision-making.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

Min 5 years of experience in Business Finance or as a Business Analyst in the healthcare sector.

Strong knowledge of finance (The Official Business Skills Test in Bookkeeping 2nd ‐ 3rd grade).

Language proficiency: Fluent Japanese and Daily Conversational / Business English.
