The PM Finance is responsible for ensuring that any project initiative undertaken by company, is profitable and will deliver long term financial benefits for the company.

This responsibility needs to be fulfilled by means of:
  1.  Monitoring and controlling the costs of individual projects within the project
  2.  Ensuring that the product cost forecasts are consistent with the overall objective of ensuring a profitable product
  3.  Most importantly, the role requires you to provide clear recommendations on the project direction, to the CPM(Chief Project Manager) and the FRG (Finance reference group), chaired by the CFO or his nominated delegate

経験・スキル

Preferred educational and/or training qualifications and certificates
Project management and/or business administration qualification is a distinct advantage
 Experience in automotive industry is a plus

Preferred experience and knowledge
 3 years or more experience in product development OR projects controlling.
 Strong analytical skills
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills
 Experience of working in a Japanese organization is a plus.
 Customer and business-oriented mind-set
