Information Security & Cybersecurity Awareness Manager

We are looking for an Information Security & Cybersecurity Awareness Manager, who will lead initiatives promoting a culture of security awareness, and ensure that all employees understand and comply with security policies and best practices, ultimately protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the company's and customers’ information.

The ideal candidate will develop training programs, create impactful communication strategies, and collaborate across teams to embed security into the company’s DNA.

Opportunity to utilize English and Japanese on a daily basis.

経験・スキル

【Essential Requirements / 必須要件】

■ Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity fundamentals and InfoSec standards (i.e. NIST, Japan FSA Cyber Security Guidelines). Information security certifications (e.g., CISM, CISA, CISSP) are a plus.

■ Experience in awareness, training, and communication—ideally in information security or IT-related fields.

■ Proven experience developing and delivering engaging training materials (presentations, videos, e-learning).

■ Native-level Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent) and intermediate-level English (with a desire to further improve).
