【Duties & Responsibilities】
As IT Country Manager, you will lead digital transformation and IT Project Management, providing IT services such as: application support, infrastructure services, security, and vendor management.

• Able to lead in Project Management, Vendor Management, Technical Support
• Provide trouble-shooting on IT Hardware/Software
• Experience using CRM and customer relationship management products
• Property Management Systems and/or Real Estate related software is a plus
• Experience with Endpoint protection / Threat detection tools is a plus.
• Document IT policies and SOPs pertaining to maintenance of IT infrastructure architecture.

【Requirements】
• Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent business administration
• Experience in mix of application, digital, network, security, end user support.
• Cybersecurity and IT ServiceDesk knowledge is preferred.
• Business-level English and Japanese required.
