RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Understand business needs and translate them into agreed product specifications by actively communicating with stakeholders to ensure development aligns with business goals.
• Manage agreed development requirements with priority to make sure development resources are allocated and the features are released in time.
• Develop and maintain product roadmap by analyzing business needs
• Learn and act as the authoritative source and Subject Matter Expert for local products. Develop knowledge of global products and their relationships with local products to apply it to product planning and to implement global products into Japan.

経験・スキル

REQUIREMENTS:
・Outstanding oral and written communication skills
・Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams to solve problems and actively incorporate input from various sources
・3 years+ SE/SI, IT project management or IT Business Analyst experiences

Preferred skills and qualifications:
• Work experience as a Product Owner
• Work experience in the IT industry
