・Lead change management for system and platform refreshes by assessing business impacts, identifying risks early, and ensuring smooth Go-Live and post-Go-Live adoption.
・Collaborate closely with business process leads, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to align change strategies, maintain business continuity, and minimize disruptions.
・Drive stakeholder engagement, training, and communication while tracking progress and reporting outcomes to ensure successful adoption and continuous improvement. etc.,

・システムおよびプラットフォーム刷新におけるチェンジマネジメントを主導し、業務影響を評価するとともに、リスクを事前に特定・対応し、Go-Liveおよびその後の定着を円滑に推進する。
・業務プロセス責任者や部門横断チーム、関係者と密接に連携し、変革戦略の整合を図りながら、事業継続性を確保し、業務への影響を最小限に抑える。
・ステークホルダーのエンゲージメントやトレーニング、コミュニケーションを推進し、進捗を可視化・報告することで、定着化と継続的な改善を実現する。など

・3年以上のプロダクトチェンジマネジメント経験を有し、成功したプロダクトの提供実績と部門横断の取り組みをリードした経験が求められる。
・システムやプラットフォーム変更における高度な専門性を持ち、Go-Live時の円滑な移行や定着化の推進、効果的なトレーニング提供ができることが重要である。
・優れたコミュニケーション力と戦略的思考、問題解決力を備え、組織内の抵抗を管理しながら変革を推進できる人材が理想とされる。など
