■Role & Responsibilities
As Senior Finance Manager, you will be the key financial leader for Consumables business. You'll partner with senior leadership, driving data-driven decisions and shaping long-term growth strategies. You will develop and mentor a high-performing team, overseeing all aspects of P&L management, from controllership and forecasting to strategic analysis and reporting. You will be instrumental in supporting new customer experience initiatives and evaluating key investments.

■Main tasks include
・Partner with leadership to drive data-driven decision-making and long-term growth.
・Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
・Provide strategic financial analysis and insights for executive decisions.
・Manage end-to-end financial processes, including planning cycles.
・Support new customer experience initiatives.
・Implement processes to evaluate investments and business strategies.
・Establish control frameworks and key metrics.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field.
・8+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
・Significant experience in P&L management and financial planning.
・Proven team leadership and people development skills.
・Proficiency in financial planning systems and advanced analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel.
・Business-level English and Japanese language proficiency (written and oral communication).
