■Role & Responsibilities
As the Indirect Procurement Manager, you will play a key role in driving procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency. You will be responsible for managing the entire procurement lifecycle, from strategic sourcing to contract negotiation and execution. You'll leverage your expertise to identify cost savings opportunities, mitigate risks, and ensure the organization's operational resilience. You will lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

■Main tasks include
・Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and develop robust contracting strategies.
・Manage supplier relationships and performance, driving continuous improvement.
・Develop and implement risk mitigation plans.
・Identify and capture cost savings opportunities throughout the procurement process.
・Oversee compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
・Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
・Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
・Proven experience managing teams and a comprehensive understanding of procurement operations.
・Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
・Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
・Fluent Japanese and Business-level English communication skills.
