■Main tasks include
・Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
・Oversee financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting.
・Manage all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and local regulations.
・Drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial operations.
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal and compliance.
・Manage financial audits and ensure accurate record-keeping.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
・Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, including at least 5 years in a management role.
・Strong understanding of US GAAP and Japanese accounting standards.
・Proven ability to lead and mentor teams.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Japanese.
・Experience managing a significant budget.
