■About the company
Our client is a prominent global research-focused healthcare group, renowned for its commitment to innovation and excellence in diagnostics. The Japan subsidiary offers a collaborative and supportive environment focused on delivering high-quality products and services within the Japanese market.

■Role & Responsibilities
You will be the driving force behind the financial and supply chain strategies for our client’s diagnostics business in Japan, reporting directly to the General Manager. You will partner closely with business leaders, offering strategic financial guidance, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will also oversee all supply chain processes, from planning and procurement to delivery and quality control, driving continuous improvement initiatives across all operations. You’ll play a pivotal role on the Senior Leadership team, contributing your insights and expertise to shape the long-term success of the business.

■Main tasks include
・Lead the development and execution of financial and supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives.
・Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance.
・Manage and optimize all aspects of the supply chain, from procurement to delivery.
・Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance and supply chain operations.
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
・Provide strategic guidance to the General Manager and other stakeholders.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in Finance & Economics or a related field.
・Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and/or supply chain management within the healthcare industry.
・Proven leadership experience in a commercial finance setting, managing multi-cultural teams.
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English essential).
・Experience in Agile methodologies is beneficial.
